ARO uses at least credentialsSecret and image on machineset that do not appear to be supplied by MachinePool today.  These and any other required fields need to be added to support our ability to deploy machines correctly in the ARO service.

So this card is:

1. look at the attached machineset to see what the gaps are in machinepool
2. modify machinepool to allow optionally setting the missing properties
