memory leak observed in ACM 2.2 version of Hive

      during the scalability test of ACM we deployed 150 single node openshift cluster on openstack through Hive in ACM

      after a 2 week we observed that there's a steady memory increase in the clustersync controller

      each cluster have 2 syncset and the rate of memory utilization increase is ~2.1MiB/s
