      Epic Goal

      • We would like a status condition that states whether hibernation is supported.
      • This because if the user does not define the PowerState spec, we don't have any info.

      Why is this important?

      • Our console needs an easy tell tale.

      Scenarios

      1. Provision cluster. we need to know whether we should offer hibernate for the customer at initial provisioning.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Status to detect hibernation support

      Dependencies (internal and external)

      1. hive
      2. acm
