On call this morning we decided that there will be only one cluster definition, Hive's ClusterDeployment. We want to begin the process early of getting this API into Hive and working through review with the assisted install team to understand it, and beat it down to a minimal declarative Kube native API.

We'd like this as small as possible to help with stability.

Add a new ClusterDeployment platform for Agent based installs. Copy their API over as is. Open a PR to discuss changes to it, and then make those changes as can be agreed with the assisted installer team.
