Helm chart generation from k8s and OpenShift objects

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Existing open source tools allow for creation of helm charts from kubernetes objects but often don't process OpenShift specific objects. This results in a gap in the end-result of the helm chart generation. The customer would like to see this functionality integrated with oc/odo and include both k8s and OpenShift objects as targets for conversion to helm charts.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Development teams are moving to Helm as their deployment spec so being able to convert their existing deployments to helm charts for deployment on OpenShift has a measureable impact in the speed at which dev teams can interate and deploy.
