R&D list referenced images in a chart

In order for an admin to install a Helm Chart in a disconnected environment from Console, both the chart repository and referenced images by the charts need to be accessible to the cluster. The purpose of this story is to explore alternatives for extracting an accurate list of images. Similar capability exist in operators with explicit definition of relatedImages in the operator CSV.

• Determine if it's feasible to extract an accurate list of images from a chart
• A design exists for extracting images from a chart
