Description of problem:

The single subnet haproxy example in https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.18/html/installing_on_bare_metal/installer-provisioned-infrastructure#nw-osp-configuring-external-load-balancer_ipi-install-installation-workflow is missing the Ironic services which will cause deployment to fail. The multi-subnet example does have them so we should be able to just copy those over and modify them appropriately for single-subnet.
