HCIDOCS-356 passed QE review and was merged. After further discussion with Jacob Anders regarding the problem of a degraded Ingress API due to DNS issues when using only two worker nodes and one is taken offline, we have elected change the procedure to use "drain" rather than "cordon", make additional notes about the Technology Preview status, including that BIOS updates are not too reliable with older gen hardware.
