Details: People keep opening bugs that are not related to Assisted Installer. Many have no descriptions and are generated by people outside the company.

Change 'Providing feedback on Red Hat documentation" title to 'Providing feedback on the Red Hat Assisted Installer Guide". Also make it clear that the bug option applies to the Assisted Installer document only.
