Feature Goal: 

• Allow users of Intel VROC hardware to deploy OpenShift to it via the Assisted Installer.
• We support Intel VROC with OpenShift UPI (only) but Assisted Installer blocks it. 
• Customers using Intel VROC with OpenShift will want to use Assisted Installer for their deployments. As do we.
• Assisted installer is part of NPSS so this will benefit Telco customers using NPSS with Intel VROC.- Brings Assisted installer into alignment with the rest of the product.

Update sections 3.7 and 4.10.1 with the following sentence: 
Starting from OpenShift 4.14 you can install nodes with vROC enabled as the storage device. For details, see openshift docs.
