The node names mentioned on 'Installing a primary control plane node on a healthy cluster' documentation looks incorrect.

      Description of problem:

      In the documentation there are some typo in the node names as the following steps

      Step #1 Node's name in the pending CSR

      Step #4 in the CRs BareMetalHost metadata.name / Machine. The name should be the name of new's node

      Step #4, in the line '$ bash link-machine-and-node.sh custom-master3 worker-5', the name should be the name from new node. In this case, it looks wrong.

      Step #5 - The etcd should be verified from master and not from worker. 

      Step #7 - The etcd node should be a master and not worker

      Step #11 - The old node name does not look correct as well. It should be any older master and not the new that is going to be added. There are also other erros on this step.
