We need to update the firmware version for idrac 15th gen in the virtual media section at https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.17/installing/installing_bare_metal_ipi/ipi-install-prerequisites.html#ipi-install-firmware-requirements-for-installing-with-virtual-media_ipi-install-prerequisites to 7.10.70.00

Also we need to add a section for 16th gen with the same firmware version

this is the most recent tested working firmware and it should be applied to 4.18, 4.17, and 4.16

we have a certain urgency on this task since we have multiple reports of bricked Dell servers, plus Dell advice to install the updated firmware, and we need to steer customers away from older firmware versions
