Replace mandatory settings (6-8) with a single step and bullet list:

• Base domain: Brief description
• OpenShift version: Brief description

Replace optional settings (9-15) with a single step and bullet list:

7. You can configure the following options:

• SNO: Description
• Pull secret: Description
• etc.

This structure will make the procedure shorter and easier to scan.
