Description of problem:

The documentation relating to OCP BM IPI proxy settings has a note stating that IPv6 CIDR notation will not work in the noProxy settings. For OCP 4.17 this has been fixed (see OCPBUGS-29838) so this note can be removed.

What can be removed specifically:

NOTE
When provisioning with IPv6, you cannot define a CIDR address block in the noProxy settings. You must define each address separately.
