This task requires updates for Assisted Installer:

• New assembly: Installing on Alibaba Cloud

High level procedure:

Prereqs: Install qemu-img on local machine. Need it to convert Discovery ISO to QCOW2 format.

1. Log in to UI and create generic cluster with AI.
2. Cluster details: cluster name, base domain, and OCP version. Use 4.16 because this is TP.
3. Operators - nothing
4. Host discovery: Add SSH key. Optional: proxy settings. Generate and download full Discovery ISO image.
5. Convert Discovery ISO to QCOW2 image with qemu-img.
6. Log in to Alibaba Cloud Console and upload image to OSS (Object Storage Service - provided by Alibaba) bucket.
7. Import image into ECS (Elastic Cloud Service - provided by Alibaba) with appropriate settings.
8. Return to AI UI and wait for host discovery.
9. Continue with rest of steps. Network config will probably require parameters. Storage config - probably not.
