Background: baremetal IPI BMC addressing documentation lists several drivers as possible options for BareMetalHost resources. In reality, the baremetal-operator project used to support a couple more drivers that we never told the customers to use.

One of these unsupported drivers called "idrac" (not to be confused with the existing and supported "idrac-virtualmedia") has been removed in 4.16. While we've never encouraged or even documented using this driver, would it be possible to briefly mention the removal in the release notes for particularly creative customers?
