      We are creating a new section, "Changes", to announce deprecations, etc., which will be a table with dates or OCP version, if appropriate.

      This task is to add an announcement that SDN is deprecated for OCP 4.15.

      This change is to be done before the 4.15 GA, during the current release. We must link to the OCP 4.14 future deprecation announcement.
