Missing parameter for bootstrap vm static IP configuration
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.14 for sure, but I presume all other versions before that?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add bootstrapExternalStaticGateway 2. Add bootstrapExternalStaticIP 3. Run deployment
Actual results:
Error shown: Required value: You must specify a value for BootstrapExternalStaticDNS when BootstrapExternalStaticIP is set.
Expected results:
BootstrapExternalStaticDNS parameter should be a part of example template
