Workloads must not be created in the `openshift-sandboxed-containers-operator` namespace. See KATA-2470

Suggestion:

IMPORTANT
Do not deploy workloads in the `openshift-sandboxed-containers-operator namespace` namespace. Create a dedicated namespace for these resources.
