Description of issue: 
There are several problems with the documentation:

in 2.8 the documentation says to "create a https trigger" but it means "create a http trigger" as https is not an option (2.9 uses this correctly)

in 2.8, part 7, 'In Runtime, build, connections and security settings, click the Security and image repo tab. ' does not exist in the current gcp interface.

as a note, if this is meant to be an example based on the google documentation, we should make sure to state it and be less detailed with the steps to take on the google portal.
