Red Hat documentation encourages to use EPEL repository, elsewhere it is NOT recommended

Description of issue: Page above instructs to install package ipa-hcc-server from EPEL repository to connect IPA servers to hybrid cloud management. But elsewhere, like at https://access.redhat.com/solutions/3358 it says:

      • The following information has been provided by Red Hat, but is outside the scope of the posted Service Level Agreements and support procedures.
      • Installing unsupported packages does not necessarily make a system unsupportable by Red Hat Global Support Services
        • However, Red Hat Global Support Services will be unable to support or debug problems with packages not shipped in standard RHEL channels.

I would guess, there are options like: Take ipa-hcc-server (and -client) packages to Red Hat supported repositories or warn about using EPEL software on pages with this issue.
