Description of issue: When you click on the link in Procedure step 1 Create Issue

there is a / at the end of the URL that means the component in the Jira issue form doesn't populate correctly. I recommend removing that / from the URL and republishing so the component shows as "Insights" and the issues are routed correctly. You should be able to test the URL first and make sure the Insights component shows up.
