Upstream description:

Currently the code supports 3 different methods to configure Hawtio, 1) system properties, 2) servlet context init parameters, 3) JNDI properties.

Among the 3 methods, as far as I know, currently no ones use method 2) servlet context init parameters to customise Hawtio. Most users just use hawtio war as is. Thus, it just clutters `web.xml` in the distributions. Also, since we drop primary support for application servers such as Karaf and WildFly for Hawtio v3, it doesn't make much sense to keep support for configuration via JNDI. The only method we frequently use is via system properties.

Dropping support for those obsolete configuration methods makes the code cleaner.
