Post-upgrade to amq-broker-7.11.6.PATCH.3269

Symptoms described so far

• Sometimes nothing is displayed in the hawtio console except the title bar, an icon, and text "Hawtio" in the main page
• When moving a message between queues in Hawtio it just doesn't work and the message stays on the original queue
• sending a message to a queue in hawtio and adding a header to that message causes the header to be lost and not show up on the receiving end in the queue
