Refactor bus and Hawkular server to use WF messaging subsystem

There are a handful of things that need to be done for this ticket. The standalone.xsl script in the hawkular/dist module needs to be modified to generate the necessary messaging subsystem configuration changes. Then I need to update the hawkular-bus-common module to remove ActiveMQ dependencies. This will result in some changes in how we create JMS connections and in how we do streaming, and possibly other things. Lastly, any integration tests that exercise and verify bus integration will likely have to be updated. I know for example that some integration tests in hawkular-metrics and in hawkular-inventory will have to be updated. I will create branches/PRs for these changes in each of the respective repos.
