Support editing of Trigger Definitions from within the Application Server metrics screens.

      Address the use case of the user wanting to edit trigger definitions from within an individual Application Sever details screen. Currently, the user is redirected to the Alert Center to make those changes, losing both context of task and their location in the UI. Design will need to support:

      • Provide a means to edit Trigger definitions from within the context of a specific Application server's metrics chart.
      • Provide a means to edit Trigger definitions from within the context of an Application Server's metric Details screen - not forcing the user to the Alert Center to accomplish this goal.
      • Maintain support of Trigger Definition editing, and creation, through the Alert Center.
