Avail Creator: server runs out of memory under heavy load

      Start a Hawkular server. Clone the Metrics project, change directory to integration-tests/load-tests then run mvn gatling:execute -Dclients=300 -Dloops=500

      After some time, the server show this warning:

      WARN  [org.apache.activemq.broker.region.TopicSubscription] (ActiveMQ VMTransport: vm://org.hawkular.bus.broker.stetson#7-2) TopicSubscription: consumer=ID:stetson-44140-1445807025525-7:1:-1:2, destinations=1, dispatched=32767, delivered=46948, matched=32768, discarded=0: has twice its prefetch limit pending, without an ack; it appears to be slow

      And eventually runs out of memory.

      Under heavy load, MetricReceiver bean is a slow consumer and makes the system run out of memory.
