[Charts] Bar charts hover occasionally freezes on screen

      1) goto JVM metrics page
      2) scroll down to GC Chart
      3) hover cursor over some of the bars
      4) observe the sticking of hover on screen

      Sometimes the hover in the histogram(bar) chart and rhqbar chart freezes and gets stuck on the screen. Only going to another page resolves this issue.
