GOAL:
Apply user defined tags to prioritize Open and Acknowledged alerts to ensure that high priority alerts are addressed before low priority alerts.

Precondition:
The user has defined tags for "Priority:High", "Priority:Moderate", and "Priority:Low"

<Bob - IT Manager - Persona to come> views the list of Alerts in the Open and Acknowledged states for all managed resources he has access to.
Bob selects an alert and selects to see the alert details.
Bob users the alert details to form a priority judgement on the alert and applies one of the "Priority" tags.
The tag is displayed in the alert details.

Verification:
The alert details displays the tag
The alerts can be found in the alert list by filtering on the applied tag
