From JMAN4-85

As a user with monitor privileges I can share alert definitions I have created with users in my organization.
Verify the user cannot share an alert with a user who is not authorized for the resource
Verify the user who the alert is shared with can view the alert definition
Verify alerts that have not been shared can only be viewed by their creator
Verify the user who the alert is shared with cannot modify the alert definition
