metrics to store actual not cumulative values for cpu usage

Env: Heapster - Metrics integration in Openshift

Container cpu data is being stored cumulatively. I attempted to graph cpu usage for hawkular-metrics container and saw a growing instead of up and down graph. I haven't looked at other metrics.
