Goal: Todd Carlson views a list of unresolved alerts in the system, details of the alerts and transitions state on an alert.
Todd views the list of alerts that are in Open and Acknowledged States
Todd selects an alert to view its details
Todd transitions the alert to the Resolved state from the current state and optionally adds a comment when making the transition.
Todd returns to the list of alerts.
The modified alert is no longer in the list because it is now in the Resolved state.
Verification:
All state transitions are possible.
Open->ACK
Open->Resolved
Resolved-Ack, ect.
Comment are displayed in the Alert Details page.
Comments are optional.
