Filtered Alerts, in URL's & Apps Servers metric screens, should allow the user to "view details" of that alert, rather than perform actions on the alert. Rationale - viewing the alert details is a common preliminary step taken before changing the state/status of an alert. Details, and actions are offered in the Alert Center, so we can direct the user to the Alert center which is a central location for viewing alert details and resolving alerts.
