Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this issue 100%, so, I have to assume this is related to concurrency, possibly even related to the order of the requests/responses.

On some requests, the url-list.html is not found, causing the "URLs" tab to not display any content. This was also confirmed to happen (sometimes) with vrockai.
