      On url list screen the last downtime has a hover on it.

      On url list screen the last downtime has a hover on it.

      There are many text fields that have hovers over them but may not be noticeable to any users. I didnt even realize they were there until I read the source code. There should be some special markers or something or else no one will ever hover especially when it takes 1.5 second for the hover to appear.
