Create a trigger from UI with the resource description as a name

In hawkular-alerts 0.3.0 emailing will be improved with more info.
Today, when a trigger is created by the UI, it uses an ID_suffix as trigger.id and trigger.name.
It could be good if we maintain current ID_suffix as trigger.id but if we change the trigger.name as the description name of the resource where trigger is defined.

For example, in the plain text template:

The "8cce85a3c82287378bb2902839f90a67_trigger_avail" is the id and the name, so in the trigger.name field it should be the resource or the message we want to send into the email as user-friendly identificator for this alert.
