Steps to Reproduce:

collect a url for a while

at its host name in /etc/hosts to point to a fake with out web server running (e.g. localhost)

see it going down and reported as such in console log

see "last downtime seconds ago"
-> site is stil shown as up

I have a host, that is down, that used to be up.
The availability detail shows that it is down for several minutes.

Nevertheless the UI overview shows it as UP
