There is excessive vertical space at the top of the screens. The top padding on the screen should be reduced so that it totals 20px~ from bottom of navbar to top of the first text element. It seems like this might be accomplished by reducing the padding on the screen content container to 5px~ or less. Additionally, the bottom margin of the H1 could be reduced to 30px.
