Bus + Accounts integration

Hawkular Accounts has a tentative stable API. Bus may then start to consume it, in order to implement the required multi tenancy capabilities.

Note that it's possible that this specific component wouldn't require integration with accounts. If that's the case, please close this with a short comment on the reasoning.
