Create new independent inventory

      We need to create a new inventory which is independent of the metrics storage solution.

      This new inventory will have its own rest interface, run in EAP and use Infinispan for managing the data.

      As replacement for the existing inventory, we will also need to update the agent and middleware provide (plus ruby gem)
