Change current primary navigation to match "Single-Level Menu Bar" as described at: https://www.patternfly.org/wikis/patterns/navigation/primary-navigation-bar/#persistent_menu_bar
Menu should contain two primary navigation items: "URLs", and "Application Servers".
Interaction and visuals should match: https://www.patternfly.org/wikis/patterns/navigation/primary-navigation-bar/examples/
Remove "Context Selector" dropdown from menu.
