Prevent MiQ UI from showing mutable operations for servers in container

    Description

      HAWKULAR-1185 and HAWKULAR-1186 add metadata that marks servers as being immutable.
      Those prevent mutable operations from being executed inside the managed server.

      We still need to ensure that the UI does not allow to issue those operations in the first place to prevent confusing the user.
