In the UI, when entering a Threshold or Avail condition for a Trigger, the user is forced to enter a duration "for <x> ms".

If the user wants to be alerted on any occurrence of the condition, then the value is unnecessary and potentially confusing.

I think the duration should be optional. Additionally, the full set of alert dampenings should be made available as an advanced option.

Note that a Trigger can be defined without specifying a dampening, if not assigned the Trigger will simply fire every time the condition is satisfied.
