Build a Hawkular server with SSL by default.

Steps:

• Ship a keystore with a self-signed cert. We probably don't want to ship this on non-dev distribution, in which case, it would require users to create the keystore.
• Change the agent to accept our self-signed cert.
• Redirect from HTTP to HTTPS.
