Platform File System Usage Chart Enhancements

The current Platform File System Usage Chart doesn't target the desired end user, actionable metrics. On many systems the scale (or magnitude) difference between the Size of the disk and the free space will be at opposite ends of the scale so the important stuff - how much free space we have is dwarfed in comparison by the Total Space so trends in Free space can't be seen.
