Add ability to reload a host in domain mode

It's currently not possible (or at least I haven't found the way) to reload the host configuration. This would be handy if you change, for example, the IP of the management console of the domain.

Currently you have to manually go to the command line and execute:
/host=master:reload

Please correct me if I'm wrong and this option already exists.
