Button to add server doesn't disappear after server group deletion

      • Start WildFly in domain mode and create a new server group
      • Select the new server group. Children servers and options to refresh and add new are shown.
      • Remove the server group. Operation buttons doesn't dissapear.

      Theoretically you have to select a server group in order to be able to add a server to it. However, if you select and delete a server group, no server-group selection is made but the button to create a new server is still there. You can't do anything since no server group is selected to act upon.
