Webconsole should require jdbc url when changing transaction log store to jdbc

If I change object store in transaction configuration for the jdbc store then jdbc store datasource has to be set and this should be required by web console. The similar functionality works if I uncheck Process ID > Process id uuid then I'm requested to fill the socket binding as well.

If I do the change of jdbc url then I should be informed that server restart is needed and I should not be left to do the change if I don't change the Jdbc store datasource.
