      1. Start server in standalone-full.xml profile
      2. Go to Configuration > Transactions
      3. Change the parameter jts to true
      4. Restart server in shell
      5. In browser in window of webconsole now change parameter jts back to false (or some other parameter which requires restart of the server e.g. Use journal store)
      6. You can see only green message that transaction manager was changed and no other following message. The correct behavior is to be informed later that server configuration was changed and needs to be restarted.

    Description

If I restart a server when having a window with web console left open and I do change of an attribute later then not all information are shown. There is missing the second informatitve window which shows that server was configured (meaning needs restart).

Attaching images which shows the behaviour when server is restarted (the wrong one) and the messages which are shown when server is running all the time (no restart beneath).
