Tweak the user agent settings in IE or switch to FF / Chrome

The main HTML page for the console still uses the following meta tag

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=9">

which prevents using IE11. This needs to be changed to

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EDGE" />
